Your breath against glass is an example of condensation because of the heat from your breath. When your water bottle is very cold and then you leave it out to room temperature, than condensation occur on the outside of the bottle. If you wear glasses and walk into a warm room, and your glasses fog, its a example of condensation. Water vapor because it condenses and sticks to whatever it touches.
